December 2025 Guild Meeting

The guild met on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 in the basement of East Church. The meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM by outgoing president, Kelly Hubbard.
She thanked the retiring officers: Vice President Kate Koeze, Secretary Cindy Heffernan, Treasurer Stephanie Grainger, and Pro Tempore Anna Gering. And then welcomed the new officers: President Jessica Lemon, Vice President Anna Gering, Secretary Dave Staublin, Treasurer Amanda Peariso, and Pro Tempore Sally Jenks.
The members provided an amazing feast, as per usual. We had a delightful assortment of sweet and savory options, as well as beverages.
Block Lotto for December was holiday themed, any background, any size. The blocks were raffled off to one of the participants. Block Lotto for January will be polaroids.
We took a picture of all of our charity quilts for the year.
We had several members participate in milestone marker and show 'n share.
We divided into five groups to play Left-Right-Center and ended up with five happy winners.
We finished the night with our white elephant gift exchange. There was a decent amount of stealing. Sally went first and therefore got to steal one last time, but chose to keep what she had ended up with instead of trading with someone.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 PM and several members went to Beer City Bread Company for drinks afterwards.
